  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [OBSOLETE RULE REPEAL.] 
  1.7      Minnesota Rules, parts 7800.1800; 7805.0200; 7805.0600; 
  1.8   7805.1000; 7805.1100; and 7805.1200, are repealed. 
  1.9      Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.10     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
