  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to highways; designating trunk highway No. 
  1.3             390, and marked as interstate highway I-35, the 34th 
  1.4             Infantry (Red Bull) Division Highway; amending 
  1.5             Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 161.14, by adding a 
  1.6             subdivision. 
  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 161.14, is 
  1.9   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.10     Subd. 45.  [34TH INFANTRY (RED BULL) DIVISION 
  1.11  HIGHWAY.] Trunk highway No. 390, described in section 161.12 and 
  1.12  marked as interstate highway I-35, is named and designated as 
  1.13  the "34th Infantry (Red Bull) Division Highway."  Subject to the 
  1.14  provisions of section 161.139, the commissioner of 
  1.15  transportation shall adopt a suitable marking design to mark 
  1.16  this highway and shall erect appropriate signs.
