 relating to game and fish; prohibiting commissioner from expanding muskellunge
waters; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 97C.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.
