A bill for an act
 relating to agriculture; farmer-lender mediation; extending the Farmer-Lender
Mediation Act for two years; repealing a law that would have extended the
Farmer-Lender Mediation Act until June 30, 2017, if the legislature did not meet
in regular session during calendar year 2016; amending Minnesota Statutes 2015
Supplement, section 583.215; repealing Laws 2015, First Special Session chapter
4, article 2, section 81.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2015 Supplement, section 583.215, is amended to read:


583.215 EXPIRATION.

Sections 336.9-601, subsections (h) and (i); 550.365; 559.209; 582.039; and 583.20
to 583.32, expire June 30, deleted text begin 2016deleted text end new text begin 2018new text end .

Sec. 2. new text begin REPEALER.
