A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; appropriating money for street and infrastructure
construction between East Point Douglas Road and County State-Aid Highway
19 in the city of Cottage Grove.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $3,556,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation for a grant to the city of Cottage Grove for predesign, design, construction,
and associated infrastructure improvements along Cottage View Drive and Ravine Parkway
between East Point Douglas Road and County State-Aid Highway 19 in Cottage Grove.
This project includes construction of roadways; pedestrian and bicycle facilities; and sanitary
sewer, water distribution, and drainage systems. This is a onetime appropriation.
