relating to capital investment; appropriating money for relocation costs and
renovations at a new facility for CornerHouse.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $1,200,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to CornerHouse, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
organization, for moving costs and design, construction, furnishing, equipping, and
technology upgrades at a new facility in the city of St. Anthony. This appropriation is
available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section
16A.642. This is a onetime appropriation.
