relating to transportation; appropriating money for an interchange at marked U.S.
Highway 10 and Twin Lakes Road in the city of Elk River.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $41,600,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation to complete preliminary and final design, environmental documentation
and review, right-of-way acquisition, and construction of an interchange located at the
intersection of U.S. Highway 10 and Twin Lakes Road in the city of Elk River. This is a
onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2025.
