Youth Act.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,500,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services for grants under Minnesota Statutes, section 256K.45, subdivision 1.
This appropriation is added to the base.
