Commission to consider commissioning new art to convey and celebrate
Minnesota??a??a??s history.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin The Minnesota Sesquicentennial Commission established by Laws 2005, First
Special Session chapter 1, article 4, section 121, shall consider, in consultation with the
Board of the Arts, the Minnesota Historical Society, and the Capitol Area Architectural
and Planning Board, the commissioning of new art by Minnesota artists to convey and
celebrate Minnesota's history.
