 relating to game and fish; modifying trapping provisions for nonresidents; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 97B.601, subdivision 3a.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 97B.601, subdivision 3a, is amended to read:


Subd. 3a.

Nonresidents; trapping small game.

A nonresident may take small game,
except wolvesnew text begin , bobcat, otter, fisher, and pine martennew text end , by trapping deleted text begin only on land owned by
the nonresident,deleted text end if the nonresident possesses a trapping license for fur-bearing animals other
than wolves and a small-game license.
