BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ACT; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $7,418,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of corrections to be added to the Community Corrections Act subsidy under Minnesota
Statutes, section 401.14.

APPROPRIATION.
