BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin KARLSTAD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL; SPARSITY AID.

new text begin Notwithstanding the distance requirements of Minnesota Statutes, section 126C.10,
subdivision 6, paragraph (f), Karlstad Elementary School in Independent School District
No. 2358, Tri-County, qualifies for elementary sparsity aid for fiscal year 2023 and later.
