A bill for an act
relating to economic development; appropriating money for the Neighborhood
Development Center's small business incubator programs.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTER APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $600,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the Neighborhood Development
Center for small business incubator programs. Funds may be used for both existing and new
programs. This is a onetime appropriation and is in addition to any prior appropriations.
