  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [484.77] [COMBINED JURISDICTION PROGRAM.] 
  1.8      Notwithstanding sections 260.031, subdivision 4, and 
  1.9   484.70, subdivisions 6 and 7, paragraphs (d) and (e), the second 
  1.10  judicial district may assign related family, probate, and 
  1.11  juvenile court matters, other than delinquency proceedings, to a 
  1.12  single judge or referee. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.14     Laws 1996, chapter 365, section 3, as amended by Laws 1998, 
  1.15  chapter 367, article 11, section 26, is repealed.
