  1.3             watershed district to exceed levy limits.  
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [CAPITOL REGION WATERSHED DISTRICT LEVY LIMIT.] 
  1.6      The capitol region watershed district managers may levy an 
  1.7   annual ad valorem tax of 0.02418 percent of taxable market value 
  1.8   or $200,000, whichever is less, under Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.9   section 103D.905, subdivision 3, notwithstanding the levy limits 
  1.10  in that subdivision.
