A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; modifying an appropriation for railroad crossing
safety in Hennepin County; amending Laws 2018, chapter 214, article 1, section
16, subdivision 19.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Laws 2018, chapter 214, article 1, section 16, subdivision 19, is amended to
read:
Subd. 19.Hennepin County - Railroad Crossing

For one or more grants to Hennepin County
or the affected city in the county to construct
railroad crossing safety improvements in
Hennepin County. Of this amount, deleted text begin $350,000
is for crossings at Townline Road and marked
County Road 19 in the city of Loretto;deleted text end new text begin at leastnew text end
$450,000 is for crossings at marked Road
116/County Road 115 and Arrowhead Drive

for crossings at East Lake Street and Barry

portion of this appropriation remaining after
completion of a project listed in this
subdivision, after written notice to the
