A bill for an act
relating to state government; appropriating money for purposes of the
Nongovernmental Pharmaceutical Contracting Alliance.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $300,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal year 2007 to the
commissioner of administration for purposes of the Nongovernmental Pharmaceutical
Contracting Alliance required by Minnesota Statutes, section 16B.94. The commissioner
must use this appropriation to establish and implement the alliance as soon as possible, but
no later than October 1, 2006. This appropriation is available until June 30, 2008.
