relating to traffic regulations; establishing speed limit on segment of marked
Trunk Highway 51.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin SPEED LIMIT; TRUNK HIGHWAY 51.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 169.14, the commissioner of
transportation shall establish a speed limit of 50 miles per hour on that segment of
Legislative Route No. 125, signed as Trunk Highway 51 on the effective date of this
section, located in the city limits of Arden Hills. The commissioner shall erect appropriate
signs.
