  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [16B.475] [PRINTING.] 
  1.8      The commissioner may not provide printing services to a 
  1.9   state agency unless the agency has sought competitive bids for 
  1.10  the services, and the agency awards a contract to the department 
  1.11  of administration on the basis of the department's bid.  This 
  1.12  section does not apply to services valued at less than $5,000.
