A bill for an act
relating to veterans; appropriating money to the city of Worthington for
construction of a veterans' memorial.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin CITY OF WORTHINGTON; VETERANS' MEMORIAL.

new text begin $50,000 in fiscal year 2007 is appropriated from the general fund to the city of
Worthington for the construction of a veterans' memorial in Freedom Veterans' Memorial
Park. The appropriation is contingent upon the receipt of local matching funds on
a dollar-for-dollar basis.
