  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [174.026] [ENERGY CONSERVATION IN 
  1.8   TRANSPORTATION BUILDING.] 
  1.9      The commissioner of transportation shall direct department 
  1.10  personnel to keep interior lights turned off in all parts of the 
  1.11  building where, at that time, no one is working and no reasons 
  1.12  relating to energy efficiency, security, or safety justify the 
  1.13  lights to be turned on.
