  1.4      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.5      $100,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of trade and 
  1.6   economic development for a grant to promote tourism in the areas 
  1.7   near the northern border of Minnesota, including the Northwest 
  1.8   Angle.
