BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin MISSISSIPPI HEADWATERS STATE FOREST; CLASSIFICATION.

new text begin The commissioner of natural resources shall classify Mississippi Headwaters State
Forest as closed. Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 84.777, subdivision 1,
paragraph (b), and 84.926, subdivision 3, the use of off-highway vehicles in Mississippi
Headwaters State Forest is prohibited.
