  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; prohibiting the off-sale of beer 
  1.3             by the keg; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota 
  1.4             Statutes, chapter 340A. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [340A.5115] [BEER KEG SALES PROHIBITED.] 
  1.7      An off-sale retailer of intoxicating liquor may not sell 
  1.8   beer kegs.  For purposes of this section, "beer keg" means any 
  1.9   single container that contains not less than 3-1/2 gallons of 
  1.10  malt liquor.
