BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin AQUATIC INVASIVE SPECIES GRANTS; APPROPRIATION.

$450,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources for grants to lake associations to manage aquatic invasive plant species.
This is a onetime appropriation.
