  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; LAKEVILLE.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.79 or 
  1.8   123B.80, independent school district No. 194, Lakeville, may 
  1.9   permanently transfer up to $1,000,000 from its reserved account 
  1.10  for operating capital to the unreserved, undesignated general 
  1.11  fund. 
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.13     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
