relating to alcohol; grandfathering wine coolers for credit purposes.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin WINE COOLER CREDIT PROVISION.

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 340A.308, wine coolers or wine-related
products classified as malt liquor beverages prior to January 1, 2010, and allowed to be
purchased through credit sales or credit related transactions, may continue to be purchased
through credit sales or credit related transactions.
