relating to game and fish; appropriating money for Leech Lake walleye stocking.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin WALLEYE STOCKING ON LEECH LAKE.

new text begin $35,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal year 2009 to the commissioner
of natural resources to stock Leech Lake with 25,000,000 walleye fry in calendar year
2009 and with 25,000,000 walleye fry in calendar year 2010.
