cities of Newport and Cottage Grove; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $....... in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
transportation for a grant to the city of Newport for design, engineering, and construction
costs of improvements to Century Avenue and Geneva Avenue between Glen Road and
Washington County Road 74 in the cities of Newport and Cottage Grove. This is a onetime
appropriation.
