A bill for an act
relating to state government; requiring relocation of Minnesota Pollution Control
Agency headquarters; amending Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 116.02, by
adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 116.02, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

Agency must be in the city of Virginia.

Sec. 2. new text begin MINNESOTA POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY; RELOCATION.

new text begin Upon expiration of the lease at 520 Lafayette Road in St. Paul, the Minnesota Pollution
Control Agency headquarters must be relocated to the city Virginia.
