vaccination status; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter
181.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin (a) An employer commits an unlawful employment practice if the employer fails or
refuses to hire, discharges, or otherwise discriminates against an individual with respect to
the compensation or the terms, conditions, or privileges of employment because the individual
has not received a vaccine.

new text begin (b) Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of
a gross misdemeanor.
