A bill for an act
relating to human services; providing a supplementary service rate for a group
residential housing provider in Stearns County; amending Minnesota Statutes
2012, section 256I.05, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 256I.05, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

new text begin Notwithstanding the
provisions of this section effective July 1, 2015, a county agency shall negotiate a
supplementary service rate in addition to the rate specified in subdivision 1, not to exceed
$482.84 per month, for a group residential housing provider serving veterans located
in Stearns County.
