A bill for an act
relating to gambling; clarifying definition of gambling device; repealing a
provision relating to manufacture of gambling devices or components for
shipment to other jurisdictions; amending Minnesota Statutes 2006, section
609.75, subdivision 4; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 349.40.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 609.75, subdivision 4, is amended to read:


Subd. 4.

Gambling device.

A gambling device is a contrivance new text begin the purpose of
