proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 10.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The third Monday in April of each year is Patriots' Day. Each year, the governor shall
issue a proclamation honoring this observance to commemorate the start of the American
Revolutionary War and the battles of Lexington and Concord.
