  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [484.78] [COMBINED JURISDICTION PROGRAM.] 
  1.8      Notwithstanding sections 260.031, subdivision 4, and 
  1.9   484.70, subdivisions 6 and 7, the second judicial district may 
  1.10  assign related family, probate, and juvenile court matters, 
  1.11  other than delinquency proceedings, to a single judge or referee.
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.13     Section 1 is effective July 1, 2002.
