loan amounts for the cities of Litchfield and Willmar.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin Notwithstanding the maximum loan amounts contained in Minnesota Statutes,
section 446A.072, subdivision 5a, paragraph (b), the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority
shall provide loans for wastewater infrastructure funding: a loan to the city of Litchfield
in the additional amount of $......., and a loan to the city of Willmar in the additional
amount of $........
