  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Laws 2000, chapter 461, article 4, section 4, 
  1.7   is amended to read: 
  1.8      Sec. 4.  [EFFECTIVE DATE; SUNSET REPEALER.] 
  1.9      (a) Sections 1, 2, and 3 are effective on the day following 
  1.10  final enactment. 
  1.11     (b) Sections 1, 2, and 3 are repealed on May 16, 2003.
