A bill for an act
relating to game and fish; authorizing the spearing of fish by certain students
without a license; amending Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 97A.445, by
adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 97A.445, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

A resident under the age of 22 who is an
enrolled student in college or high school may take fish by spearing without a license
between December 26 and December 31 annually.
