new facilities at the Spirit Mountain Recreation Area in Duluth.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $12,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Duluth to design,
construct, furnish, and equip new facilities and to renew, replace, and repair existing facilities
at the Spirit Mountain Recreation Area.
