A bill for an act
 relating to human services; appropriating money to the Special Guerrilla Units
Veterans and Families of the United States of America for health and well-being
programming.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; SPECIAL GUERRILLA UNITS VETERANS AND
FAMILIES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

new text begin $250,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $250,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of human services for a grant to the Special Guerrilla
Units Veterans and Families of the United States of America for programming and culturally
specific and specialized assistance to support special guerilla unit veterans' health and
well-being. The base for this appropriation is $250,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $250,000 in
fiscal year 2027.
