BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin TYLER WOHLERS MEMORIAL TRAIL; APPROPRIATION.

$50,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources for a grant to the city of Ottertail for the Tyler Wohlers Memorial Trail
along state Trunk Highway 78 from Bay View Road to the Pelican Bay public water access.
This is a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2026.
