A bill for an act
relating to higher education; providing funding for the Cook County Higher
Education Board; appropriating money.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin MINNESOTA STATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES; COOK
COUNTY HIGHER EDUCATION BOARD; APPROPRIATION.

$40,000 in fiscal year 2010 and $40,000 in fiscal year 2011 are appropriated from
the general fund to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities
for the Cook County Higher Education Board to provide educational programs and
academic support services.
