  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for a 
  1.3             facility to serve parents and families. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $1,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of human services for a grant to Hennepin county to 
  1.8   be used by Reuben Linde family services for a facility that will 
  1.9   house a culturally sensitive family aftercare program, a program 
  1.10  to teach parenting and home-management skills to developmentally 
  1.11  disabled parents, and court-ordered supervised visiting services 
  1.12  for parents whose children are in foster care.
