  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for 
  1.3             the pilot marketing program of the West Central Growth 
  1.4             Alliance. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $150,000 in fiscal year 2005 is appropriated from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic 
  1.9   development for a grant to the West Central Growth Alliance for 
  1.10  the pilot marketing program.  This appropriation is added to the 
  1.11  base for fiscal years 2006 and 2007 only.
