  1.2             relating to airports; requiring transfer of money from 
  1.3             the budget reserve and cash flow account to the state 
  1.4             airports fund. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [TRANSFER OF FUNDS.] 
  1.7      The commissioner of finance shall transfer $15,000,000 from 
  1.8   the budget reserve and cash flow account in the general fund to 
  1.9   the state airports fund on July 1, 2004, if the balance in that 
  1.10  account on June 30, 2004, exceeds $15,000,000.
