  1.2             relating to education; authorizing the Board of School 
  1.3             Administrators to amend licensure rules. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [BOARD OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS; LICENSURE 
  1.6   RULES.] 
  1.7      The Board of School Administrators may amend Minnesota 
  1.8   Rules, chapter 3512, under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 14, 
  1.9   before December 31, 2005, to update provisions relating to 
  1.10  qualifications and licensure of school personnel not licensed by 
  1.11  the Board of Teaching. 
  1.12     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective the day 
  1.13  following final enactment.
