  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the environment; appropriating money to 
  1.3             complete the Shooting Star trail; authorizing state 
  1.4             bonds. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $517,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of natural resources to complete the portion of the 
  1.9   Shooting Star trail between Taopi and Lake Louise state park. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [BOND SALE.] 
  1.11     To provide the money appropriated in this act from the bond 
  1.12  proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance, on the request of 
  1.13  the governor, shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an 
  1.14  amount up to $517,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with 
  1.15  the effect prescribed in Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 
  1.16  16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 
  1.17  4 to 7.  
  1.18     Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.19     This act is effective the day following final enactment.
