  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to capital improvements; authorizing spending 
  1.3             to acquire and to better public land and buildings and 
  1.4             other public improvements of a capital nature; 
  1.5             providing for the Fort Ridgely golf course; 
  1.6             authorizing state bonds; appropriating money. 
  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  [FORT RIDGELY GOLF COURSE.] 
  1.9      $....... is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the 
  1.10  commissioner of natural resources to upgrade the state-owned 
  1.11  Fort Ridgely golf course in Fort Ridgely State Park.  
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [BOND SALE.] 
  1.13     To provide the money appropriated by section 1 from the 
  1.14  bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance, on request of 
  1.15  the governor, shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an 
  1.16  amount up to $....... in the manner, upon the terms, and with 
  1.17  the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 
  1.18  16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 
  1.19  4 to 7. 
  1.20     Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.21     This act is effective the day following its final enactment.
