A bill for an act
relating to human services; appropriating money for the Ramsey County mothers
first program to fund early intervention efforts designed to discourage pregnant
women from using alcohol and illegal drugs.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
