  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to capital improvements; appropriating storm 
  1.3             water sewer funding for the city of Parkers Prairie; 
  1.4             authorizing state bonds; appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; CITY OF PARKERS PRAIRIE.] 
  1.7      $320,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the 
  1.8   public facilities authority for a grant to the city of Parkers 
  1.9   Prairie for one-third of the cost of a storm water sewer system, 
  1.10  storm tile, and water service capital repair and replacement. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [BOND SALE.] 
  1.12     To provide the money appropriated in this act from the bond 
  1.13  proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance, on the request of 
  1.14  the governor, shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an 
  1.15  amount up to $320,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with 
  1.16  the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 
  1.17  16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 
  1.18  4 to 7.  
  1.19     Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.20     This act is effective on the day following final enactment.
